What You’ll Do:
As an Entry Level Sales Representative (Account Benefit Support), you’ll guide individuals and families through their benefit options with confidence, care, and clarity. No prior sales or insurance experience? No problem. We provide hands-on training, supportive mentorship, and the tools you need to succeed.
Your responsibilities will include:
Helping clients understand and select benefit coverage that fits their needs
Supporting client questions related to policies, updates, and claims
Recommending personalized plan options
Building trust and maintaining long-term client relationships
Managing records and workflows accurately and efficiently
Engaging only with warm, pre-qualified leads—no cold calling
Meeting performance goals while always prioritizing exceptional service
