About the role:
Our fast-growing team is seeking detail-oriented, empathetic customer service reps to help manage all customer inquiries. This is an opportunity to not only make a positive difference in the lives of our customers, but also provide an essential role for our business. Please see requirements below.
Job requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience for U.S. companies
- High level of verbal/written communication and comprehension in English (C level preferred)-- this is a must
- Has experience with technical support and sales
- Experience catering to senior customer base
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Comfortable offering/pitching upsells to customers
- Ability to manage high-volume inbound / outbound calls
- Email support experience
- Flexible and adaptable to the environment of a rapidly growing startup; ambition is also welcome
- Most importantly, we need reps who are kind, compassionate, and empathetic to our customers-- they always come first.
Compensation:
Starting pay is $8hour, with bonuses based on performance. We offer the ability to grow and frequently promote internally.
