We’re entering a pivotal phase. Our 2025 focus is to increase user engagement and retention — and to get there, we’re building powerful new features like:
- A reward system with real-time fraud detection
- Social and community features to drive interaction
- Performance monitoring and tuning across the whole stack - backend, web and mobile
- Scalable backend architecture for the next wave of growth
This role goes beyond feature delivery. You'll play a part in DevOps, code reviews, CI/CD improvements, and shaping best practices as we scale. You’ll have freedom to contribute wherever your strengths shine.
Who we're looking for:
- You write clean, well-tested, TypeScript code across frontend and backend.
- You have strong React / Next.js / React Native skills and experience with Node.js / Express / MongoDB.
- You know your way around architectural decisions, not just implementation details.
- You care about developer experience: testing, CI/CD, observability, and clean code.
- You take ownership and see things through — no matter what.
- You communicate clearly in professional English and thrive in remote collaboration.
