Our client in Fullerton, Ca is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join their team. Our client is committed to delivering exceptional customer service. They take pride in strong team culture and dedication to innovation.

Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, confirm orders and reply to customer emails.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Data entry - create sales order, invoice, RMA on SAP, and book shipping.
- Process orders, update information, and file the paperwork.
- Assist Sales Representative for orders.
- Coordinate with Supervisor in handling important/serious complaints.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor/lead.
- The role is heavily focused on order processing.
- Must have order entry experience and is familiar with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Great communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A detailed oriented and team-players mindset
Pay Rate Starting: $18-20/hr. DOE
Schedule: M-F 8:30am-5pm
