We’re migrating a privacy-first WordPress site using MemberPress from Kinsta (Google Cloud) to a managed VPS in Iceland. The site currently has no traffic, making this a strategic infrastructure shift in preparation for future self-hosting.

- Full migration of WordPress files + database
- Reconfigure MemberPress:
- License reactivation
- Payment gateway webhook testing
- Reintegrate Bunny.net
- Install + configure Let’s Encrypt SSL
- Update Cloudflare DNS (A records, SSL settings)
- Ensure email deliverability (Postmark/SendGrid optional)
- Harden VPS stack (UFW, fail2ban, PHP config tuning)
- Optional: prep for future move to self-hosted server
