Professional Search Group OC is sourcing up to 10 Treasury Platform Support Specialists to assist our banking client during a large-scale platform conversion and system update. This team will provide critical support to internal bank employees, ensuring a smooth transition and delivering outstanding customer service throughout the process.
The project will start August 18th and span over 8 weeks. The role is 100% remote and requires a residence in California, Nevada or Arizona. Bilingual English/Korean is a requirement.
Treasury Platform Support Specialists Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for bank employees during the treasury platform migration.
- Provide real-time support for software upgrades, system updates, and platform conversions.
- Troubleshoot issues related to user access, functionality, and navigation within the updated system.
- Assist with onboarding users to the new platform, ensuring proper system setup and understanding.
- Handle help desk inquiries related to platform functionality, login issues, and general troubleshooting.
- Document support interactions and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate technical teams when necessary.
- Maintain professionalism and clarity in both verbal and written communications.
Treasury Platform Support Specialists Qualifications:
- Bilingual English/Korean required
- Ability to start on August 18th and commit to an 8 week project
- Previous experience in tech support, customer support, or help desk environments—preferably within financial services or banking.
- Strong understanding of software systems and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technology and procedures.
- Team-oriented with a strong customer service mindset.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting treasury or banking platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and knowledge base tools.
