As their Creative Strategist, you’ll help lead the charge in developing and launching high-performing ad creative. You’ll manage briefs, partner with growth marketing, and guide a lean-but-mighty team of editors and designers to bring ideas to life. This is a role for someone who loves the intersection of creative + performance, and thrives in fast-paced, test-and-learn environments.
What You’ll Do:
● Own creative ideation and strategy across brands, from concept through execution
● Lead and manage briefs, ensuring clear expectations and strong alignment across teams
● Partner with Growth Marketing to interpret ad performance data and identify new creative angles to test
● Manage timelines and deliverables across a team of editors, designers, and freelancers
● Build and maintain a testing roadmap that prioritizes high-impact concepts
● Source inspiration from top-performing competitors, platform trends, and cultural moments
● Regularly report on creative performance and learnings, tying results to business goals
● Help maintain a clear and organized creative tracker and testing log in Notion
● Foster a culture of speed, experimentation, and ongoing improvement within the creative team
Must-Have Requirements:
● 2-3 years of experience in a creative strategy, performance creative, or paid social role at a high-growth DTC brand or agency
● Strong grasp of Meta ad creative best practices and how creative impacts ROAS/CAC
● Experience managing and giving feedback to editors, designers, and other creatives
● Comfort working cross-functionally across creative, growth, and brand teams
● Proficiency in Figma, Notion, Slack, and basic asset organization/production tools
● Solid understanding of performance metrics and ability to turn them into actionable insights
● Strong sense of visual and narrative storytelling across digital platforms
● Ability to balance big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution and delivery
