- Complete and manage bureaucratic forms, licenses, registrations, and renewals.
- Liaise with vendors, government bodies, tax advisors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate filings.
- Conduct research on local legal/tax requirements for entity creation in various jurisdictions.
- Track and manage multiple concurrent entity formation projects and maintain up-to-date status reports.
- Maintain a well-organized digital filing system and ensure data consistency across platforms.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential blockers or delays.
- University degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Experience in legal documentation, compliance processes, or entity setup work.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable with technology and remote work tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, CRMs, document portals).
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in legal, compliance, corporate services, or finance roles.
- Familiarity with U.S. state agency processes for business registration, EIN applications, etc.
- Experience with international entity management is a plus.
- Background in administrative or legal research projects.
