Our client is retention marketing agency specializing in helping direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce brands maximize customer lifetime value through data-driven retention strategies.
We are seeking a highly organized and analytically-minded Project Manager to join our team and oversee retention marketing campaigns across 5+ D2C e-commerce clients simultaneously. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a data-driven approach to project management, and the ability to extract actionable insights from e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced agency environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail across multiple client accounts.
Responsibilities:
Multi-Client Project Management
- Manage retention marketing projects across 5+ D2C e-commerce brands simultaneously
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and client communications across multiple accounts
- Ensure all client projects stay on track, on budget, and meet established KPIs
- Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and clients for project-related
- matters
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between strategy, creative, and execution teams
Data Analysis & Client Reporting
- Extract and analyze performance data from Shopify for each client to measure retention campaign
- effectiveness
- Create comprehensive client reports showing campaign performance, customer behavior insights,
- and ROI metrics
- Manipulate and synthesize data from multiple sources to provide high-level strategic analysis
- Identify trends, opportunities, and optimization recommendations based on data analysis
- Present findings and recommendations to clients in clear, actionable formats
Campaign Coordination & Execution
- Oversee the execution of email marketing campaigns through Klaviyo and other ESP platforms
- Coordinate customer segmentation strategies and personalization initiatives
- Manage campaign calendars and ensure timely delivery of all retention marketing activities
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify areas for optimization
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all client touchpoints
Documentation & Process Management
- Maintain detailed project documentation and client records using Notion
- Create and update standard operating procedures for client onboarding and campaign
- management
- Use Asana and Base Camp to organize tasks, deadlines, and team collaboration across all client
- accounts
- Develop and maintain project templates and workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Document best practices and learnings to improve agency operations
Technical Skills
- Shopify expertise: Proven ability to navigate Shopify admin, extract data, create reports, and
- analyze e-commerce metrics
- Data manipulation: Strong analytical skills with ability to work with large datasets and create
- meaningful insights
- Project management platforms: Hands-on experience with both Asana and Base Camp for
- managing multiple concurrent projects
- Documentation tools: Proficiency with Notion for creating organized, accessible project

- Email marketing platforms: Experience with Klaviyo preferred; familiarity with other ESP
- platforms valuable
Professional Experience
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in digital marketing or e-commerce
- Background in data analysis with demonstrated ability to extract insights from performance

- Experience managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously in an agency or similar
- environment
- Proven track record of working with D2C e-commerce brands and understanding their unique
- challenges
- Experience with retention marketing, email marketing, or customer lifecycle management preferred
