About the Engagement:
Zonberation Group is partnering with TikTok to support their Monetization Product Partnerships in North America. We are building a specialized outreach team to accelerate the client's partner ecosystem growth. This role serves as an extension of the client's internal partnerships team, executing critical business development initiatives.
Duration: 6-month renewable W2 contract.
Schedule: 8 hours a day, 40 hours per week

Rate: 60-100 USD Per Hour Negotiable
Responsibilities:
This position will provide Tiktok with expertise in business development, digital advertising, and vertical expansion to assist TikTok’s MPP team in the following areas:
1. Partnerships Outreach & Vertical Expansion
a. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of TikTok’s monetization products and the broader partner ecosystem.
b. Identify and reach out to potential partners across new verticals in the U.S. market, ensuring alignment with TikTok’s partnership strategy.
c. Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of outreach activities and report progress weekly.
2. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution Support
a. Assist in setting up introductory calls, preparing briefing materials, and maintaining records of outreach outcomes.
b. to use Digital Advertising Sales and Marketing Technology. Provide localized insights and feedback from outreach efforts to help shape TikTok’s vertical-specific GTM strategies.
c.Adapt outreach approaches based on performance data
3. Reporting & Documentation:
a. Generate weekly outreach reports ( including number of leads reached, outbound messages, scheduled meetings, response rate, partners successfully onboarded. etc)
b. Maintain real-time partner pipeline tracker
c. Compile periodic GTM feedback reports
d. Produce end-of-cycle onboarding reports
Qualifications:
- Extensive partnership development experience
5+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, or channel sales at a tech company, with a proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and managing high-value partnerships.
- Deep Ad Tech and Campaign expertise
Hands-on experience with platforms that drive lower-funnel campaigns, including catalog-based and dynamic product ad capabilities, plus strong understanding of the social media and short-form video Advertising Ecosystem.
- Contracting and integration proficiency
Demonstrated success in complex third-party integrations and deep contracting/contract negotiation experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Strategic and analytical mindset
Ability to balance big-picture vision with tactical execution, supported by strong quantitative and analytical skills to evaluate partner opportunities, ROI, and performance optimization.
- High-level communication and relationship skills
Skilled at presenting to and influencing internal and external stakeholders at all seniority levels, with a history of building long-term, trust-based relationships across diverse, international teams.
