Job Summary:
TTEC is hiring a Korean-English Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative to work remotely in California. In this role, you will support customers by responding to inquiries, solving issues with empathy, and ensuring a top-tier healthcare service experience — all from the comfort of your home.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls and communications from customers
- Research and provide accurate information to resolve customer inquiries
- Utilize product and service knowledge to assist and educate customers
- Accurately document customer interactions
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate support in every interaction
Required Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Korean and English
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (>25 Mbps)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
