ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement and Onboarding: Proactively reach out to prospective clients and existing policyholders to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored advice
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Allstate insurance products to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients
Account Management: Handle and resolve customer inquiries with precision, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
Sales Growth: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to cross-sell and upsell insurance products tailored to individual client needs
Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all customer interactions are documented accurately and meet company compliance standards
Continuous Improvement: Participate in training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge of the insurance industry
RequirementsLicensing: A valid insurance license is required, preferably in Property & Casualty. If you're not already licensed, Sunray may reimburse you for expenses required to obtain the required license
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer service or insurance sales. Ability to work remotely and remain self-motivated an important factor in success for this position
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with modern computer software and virtual communication tools such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams
Availability: Must be able to commit to a consistent part-time schedule (created with your input/preferences) while maintaining a high level of productivity and communication with the team
Customer Focus: A strong inclination toward understanding customer needs and delivering personalized insurance solutions.
Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and provide effective solutions to client concerns
