About Us
MentorX is an educational consulting company dedicated to helping international students and young professionals connect with career opportunities and mentors. To expand our reach, we are seeking Referral Partners who can assist us by submitting job referrals on behalf of students. This is a flexible, remote role with incentive-based compensation.
Referral Incentives
We offer competitive rewards for successful referrals:
- $8 – for each completed referral submission
- $25 – if the referred student secures an interview with HR or a team
- $500 – if the student secures and accepts an internship offer
- $1,300 – if the student secures and accepts a full-time offer
How It Works
- MentorX will send you the job posting link, Job ID, and student resume.
- You complete the referral through your internal company system.
- Once submitted, send us a screenshot confirmation of the referral.
- MentorX will track results and process payments monthly.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer or Amazon Gift Card.
