Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented International Relations Analyst to join our dynamic team, contributing to research and analysis on global political, economic, and social dynamics. The ideal candidate will monitor interntional trends, assess state and non-state actor behaviorm and produce insights that inform policy, strategy and decision-making. This role requires a deep understanding of international relations theories, regional politics and global governance frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Keep a close watch on global political developments, including changes in government policies, international conflicts, diplomatic relations, and the activities of international organizations, and assess their potential impacts.
- Analyze global economic trends, such as international trade flows, investment patterns, currency fluctuations, and economic cooperation agreements, and their implications for different regions and industries.
- Research social and cultural dynamics in various countries and regions, including changes in public opinion, social movements, and cultural exchanges, to understand their influence on international relations.
- Conduct in - depth studies on specific regional issues, such as regional security, economic integration, and environmental cooperation, and provide targeted analysis and recommendations.
- Prepare high - quality research reports, policy briefs, and presentation materials for internal teams and external clients, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the information.
- Collaborate with cross - functional teams, including researchers, consultants, and client managers, to share insights and contribute to the development of comprehensive solutions.
- Participate in industry conferences, seminars, and workshops to stay updated on the latest trends and developments in international relations and expand professional networks.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: A Master's degree in International Relations, Political Science, Economics, International Law, or a related field is required. A Bachelor's degree with extensive relevant work experience may also be considered.
- Experience: At least 2 - 4 years of professional experience in international relations research, policy analysis, or related fields. Experience working with international organizations, government agencies, think tanks, or multinational corporations is highly preferred.
- Regional Knowledge: Familiarity with the political, economic, and social situations of specific regions, such as MENA,Indo-Pacific or Latin America, is an advantage.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong ability to collect, organize, and analyze complex information, identify key issues and trends, and provide logical and feasible recommendations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in other languages, such as French, German, Chinese, or Spanish, is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with research tools and databases, such as LexisNexis, Bloomberg, or academic databases, is desirable.
- Personal Qualities: Strong sense of responsibility, proactive work attitude, good teamwork spirit, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: $22,202.18 - $32,867.14 per year
