Essentially, you’ll be bridging the gap between research and practical delivery, refining the Large Language Model (LLM) that powers the responses of AI tools used by millions.
what you’ll do
As GenAI Consultant (Native Language Specialist), you’ll contribute to the success of the project across these key areas:
- Engaging with GenAI researchers and engineers to understand data collection and evaluation requirements, expanding them into detailed workflows
- Finding the most efficient way of achieving the research and engineering goals, going deep into specific domains to gather reliable and up-to-date information
- Evaluating content and providing detailed feedback to ensure high quality, informative outputs. This includes assessing original and curated content for LLM evaluation and training, and judging model responses to complex, deeply researched problems
- Meticulously verifying the factual integrity of content, ensuring accuracy and mitigating the risk of the LLM generating misinformation
- Collaborating with peers from across different functions to achieve maximum data throughput with the highest quality
your profile
As a GenAI Consultant (Native Language Specialist), you will have professional proficiency in one or more of the following for both reading and writing:
- English, as a native of the USA or UK
- Portuguese, as a native of Brazil
- Indonesian, as a native of Indonesia
- Spanish, as a native of Spain or any Spanish-speaking country
- Japanese, as a native of Japan
- Korean, as a native of Korea
- Hindi, as a native of India
- German, as a native of Germany
Please note: This is a 1099 contract position. As a final step before extending a contract offer, we require a background check that includes identity verification and confirmation of your legal ability to work in the U.S.
To be successful, you will also have:
- Graduated with distinction from a top-tier US or international institution
- A mastery of grammar, syntax, style, and the ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content across various formats
- Strong research and fact-checking abilities, meticulously verifying information for accuracy and delivering polished, error-free work
- Ability to articulate ideas clearly, actively listen, collaborate effectively with teams, and convey complex information to diverse audiences
- Familiarity with AI tools and proficiency in identifying characteristics of effective and precise prompts that generate desired, high-quality outputs from LLM models

- You can work remotely
- The amount of time you invest can be flexible, with a minimum of 20 hours per week
