We specialize in 14K gold jewelry manufacturing and wholesale, with a growing presence in the U.S. market. We are seeking a skilled freelance Data & Business Analyst to help us interpret business data, build reports, and improve decision-making processes across our global operations.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (ERP, Excel reports, sales and inventory systems).
- Create clear dashboards and visual reports to support executive decisions (Power BI or similar tools).
- Analyze sales, production, and profitability metrics to identify trends and insights.
- Build and improve KPI tracking systems for management reporting.
- Evaluate business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical improvements.
- Present findings and recommendations in concise, data-driven summaries.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI (or Tableau).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with financial and operational data preferred (sales, inventory, cost analysis).
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver on time.
- Background in manufacturing or jewelry industry is a plus (not mandatory).
