In This Role, You Will
- Speak with prospective clients through phone and virtual communication platforms (No Cold Calling leads are already provided)
- Learn about client needs and provide appropriate coverage information
- Help guide clients through the application process
- Maintain organized client information and follow-up communication
- Participate in virtual trainings and development sessions
- Continue building communication, customer service, and professional skills
