In This Role, You Will

Speak with prospective clients through phone and virtual communication platforms (No Cold Calling leads are already provided)
Learn about client needs and provide appropriate coverage information
Help guide clients through the application process
Maintain organized client information and follow-up communication
Participate in virtual trainings and development sessions
Continue building communication, customer service, and professional skills
