Scale Sales Team is hiring a Remote Client Qualification Specialist to support the early stages of our client engagement process. This role focuses on hosting scheduled conversations, understanding prospective client needs, and determining appropriate next steps within a structured workflow.
This position supports downstream sales functions but does not involve outbound prospecting, cold outreach, or deal closing responsibilities.
Conduct scheduled introductory calls with prospective clients
Ask guided questions to assess goals, challenges, and readiness
Provide high-level explanations of available service pathways
Determine qualification status and route opportunities accordingly
Record accurate call notes and outcomes in internal systems
Follow established communication and documentation standards
Experience in appointment-based sales, client intake, or consulting roles
Strong listening skills and ability to follow structured processes
Comfortable facilitating professional conversations in a remote setting
Organized, dependable, and able to manage call schedules independently

Monthly compensation approximately $3,000, with performance-based incentives
