We are looking for a B2B Sales Representative to sell premium home fragrance products to spas and retail businesses across the U.S. This role is focused on outbound sales, lead generation, and closing new wholesale accounts.
The ideal candidate is comfortable prospecting independently, pitching products to business owners and buyers, and managing the full sales cycle from first contact to close.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and sell home fragrance products to spas, boutiques, and retail businesses in the U.S.
- Generate and pursue your own leads using outbound sales and prospecting tools.
- Pitch products clearly and professionally to decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, follow-ups, closing, and handoff.
- Use lead generation tools (Apollo, Clay, Lusha, or similar) to source prospects.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to drive conversions and successful onboarding.
- Proven experience in B2B sales.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Confident communicator with the ability to pitch and close deals.
- Experience using lead generation tools such as Apollo, Clay, Lusha, or similar.
- Comfortable generating your own leads and working independently.
- Results-driven and motivated by commission-based compensation.
- USD Salary + Uncapped commissions (earning potential of $2,000–$3,000+ per month, based on performance)
- Ability to work remotely.
