The company specializes in helping brands grow by creating authentic, performance-driven content for paid ads and social media. They source and manage creators, produce short-form video content (primarily for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Meta ads), and handle end-to-end campaign execution—from creative strategy and creator coordination to content delivery.
At a high level, UGC Social:
- Produces UGC-style video ads designed to convert
- Manages creator networks and influencer collaborations
- Supports paid social advertising with native, scroll-stopping content
- Acts as a creative partner for brands looking to scale acquisition through social platforms

Role Overview
This is a high-impact, client-facing role for a sharp, proactive operator who thrives in fast-paced environments. You will act as the founder’s right hand—connecting clients, internal teams, and operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
This role is best suited for candidates based in South Africa, Latin America, or Eastern Europe, with the ability to work US (EST) hours.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients
- Join client calls and meetings, understand client needs, and ensure expectations are met
- Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Project & Team Management
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
- Assign tasks, follow up with team members, and maintain accountability
- Keep projects organized using task management and documentation systems
Client Communication & Support
- Respond to client messages professionally and in real time (no delayed or templated responses)
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle email communication
- Act as a calm, professional presence in all client interactions
Operations, Systems & Problem Solving
- Take ownership when issues arise and resolve them without waiting for direction
- Build and document SOPs as processes evolve
- Create simple automations and systems to improve efficiency and reduce errors
- Continuously optimize workflows to support business growth
Administrative & Financial Support
- Manage invoices and track expenses
- Support day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth business operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, Project Manager, or Client Success roles
- Strong camera presence and comfort with frequent video meetings
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (clear, professional, human—no AI-generated messaging)
- Highly proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented; nothing falls through the cracks
- Resourceful and independent problem solver
- Ability to work EST or overlapping US time zones
- Willingness to work Saturdays when needed
Nice to Haves
- Experience working with marketing agencies, UGC agencies, or creator-based businesses
- Familiarity with SOP documentation, automation tools, and project management platforms
- Previous experience working directly with a founder or executive
