Our client, a dynamic U.S.-based company, is actively seeking a Commission-Based Sales Closer to join their remote sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting leads into sales by effectively communicating the value of the company's products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with leads generated by the marketing team to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize strong closing techniques to convert potential clients into paying customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Document all sales activities in the CRM system and provide regular updates to the team.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and goal attainment.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Proven track record in sales closing, ideally in a commission-based structure.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade prospects.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with the industry and understanding of customer pain points is a plus.
