What You’ll Do

- Assist clients through the claims process by coordinating communication and follow-ups
- Work with internal teams to identify renewal opportunities, coverage updates, and additional services
- Maintain accurate client records, document interactions, and process account changes
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions to support long-term coverage goals
