About the Role
We are looking for a Product Launch Manager to own the end-to-end execution of new product launches on Shopify.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You will be responsible for creating and finalizing product pages, coordinating with suppliers, managing a small execution team, and preparing initial ad assets for testing. This role requires strong Shopify experience, good design taste, and excellent organizational skills.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full product launch process from sourcing to live product pages
- Create, edit, and manage high-converting Shopify product pages
- Coordinate and manage a team working on product page creation
- Ensure deadlines are met and launches are executed smoothly
- Communicate with suppliers regarding colors, sizes, materials, quality checks, and sourcing details
- Work from provided product research links to understand products, coordinate sourcing, and validate quality
- Select and organize images and videos for product pages and ads
- Perform basic design edits using Canva (or similar tools)
- Perform simple video edits using CapCut (or similar tools) when needed
- Prepare a test batch of ads for product launches (no filming required)
- Act as the final owner of product page readiness before launch
- Extensive experience with Shopify (required)
- Proven experience creating and managing Shopify product pages
- Strong design sense and attention to visual quality
- Basic editing skills with Canva (or similar) and CapCut (or similar)
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Experience managing a team and coordinating tasks
- Strong communication skills with suppliers and internal teams
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
