About the Role
We are seeking an organized and proactive Virtual Account Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will help coordinate daily account activities, assist with client communications, and ensure account information and tasks are handled accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate routine communication with clients via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and follow-up activities for active accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records within internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to help ensure client requests are processed smoothly and on time.
- Track open tasks, monitor deadlines, and support consistent account communication.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, account coordination, or administrative support is a plus.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and collaboration tools.
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
