We are looking for a Social Media & Influencer Coordinator to manage our clients brand’s online presence and influencer relationships across key platforms. This role is ideal for someone who takes brand quality seriously, communicates clearly, and can confidently represent the company with influencers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
You’ll be responsible for day-to-day social execution, influencer coordination, and basic performance reporting — helping ensure the clients brand shows up consistently, professionally, and strategically across channels.
This role is open to candidates globally but it'll require overlap with the US!
Influencer & Campaign Coordination
- Manage relationships with influencers, including outreach, vetting, scheduling visits, and campaign coordination
- Identify, research, and reach out to new influencers aligned with brand values and audience
- Support influencer campaigns from planning through execution
Social Media Management
- Manage posts, stories, comments, and DMs across:
- Instagram
- TikTok
- Facebook
- YouTube
- Ensure content is published consistently and aligned with brand voice and quality standards
Google Business Profile Management
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profile
- Publish weekly posts
- Monitor and respond to reviews
- Ensure listings remain accurate and optimized
Reporting & Performance
- Provide basic weekly reporting on social media and influencer performance
- Track engagement, growth, and campaign activity
- Flag insights, opportunities, or issues proactively
Must-Have
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) with minimal accent
- Excellent organization and follow-through
- Confidence communicating with influencers, clients, and internal teams
- Strong attention to detail and brand quality
- Prior experience with social media management and/or influencer coordination
Nice-to-Have / High-Value
- Experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end
- Ability to think strategically about brand presence, not just posting
- Comfortable representing a brand externally and building long-term relationships
- Experience working with multiple platforms simultaneously
We are open to interviewing higher-caliber candidates who can bring additional strategic value, autonomy, and polish to the role.
- Target range: USD $1,500 – $2,000/month (full-time)
- Exceptional A-level candidates: Up to $2,500/month
- Compensation will reflect experience, communication level, and overall impact potential
We value talent over rigid budgets — if someone can clearly elevate the role, we’re open to adjusting compensation accordingly.
