Job Summary
We are looking to fill a seasonal (temporary) position as an International Relocation Coordinator to assist US military members who are relocating internationally. The position is responsible for both inbound and outbound calls to from military members, business partners and internal associates related to members move services. Assists customers questions and concerns on all components of move using various tools and systems. Responsible for maintaining appropriate records including follow-up as required. Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide fast and courteous service via inbound calls from external customers, business partners and internal colleagues.
· Maintain customer interaction throughout move process / updates / basic problem solving.
- Completes scheduled outbound calls to military members, business partners and internal colleagues as required.
- Utilize various systems and tools to initiate and assist in responding to members requests.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all services and requirements of processing members orders.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of contact, system updates, and data entry as required.
- Lead and train other representatives or support staff.
- Must be able to multi-task and have strong organization skills to support ongoing military members during relocation.
Required Skills and Education
- The minimum education for this position is a high school degree or general education degree (GED).
- Some college course work preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service experience is required.
- Must have excellent computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment is required.
- Must have strong communication skills and phone skills for the purpose of booking member moves.
- For scheduling reasons, the ideal candidate will live in the Eastern Standard US time zone
