Position Overview:
The REO Administrative Support role provides after-hours and weekend phone coverage while supporting REO-related administrative and operational tasks during slower call periods. This position requires a high-energy communicator who can work independently, manage priorities, and ensure there are no gaps in communication outside standard business hours. Answering phones and managing after-hours communication is the primary responsibility of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Phone Coverage (Primary Responsibility)
- Answer and professionally handle incoming company phone calls during evenings and weekends.
- Accurately document calls and route messages to the appropriate team members.
- Identify and escalate urgent issues based on the guidelines provided.
- Maintain consistent and reliable communication coverage outside of standard business hours.
- REO Administrative & Operations Support (Secondary)
- Assist with REO onboarding and platform updates assigned.
- Support inspections, utilities coordination, and compliance tracking.
- Perform listing review assistance, official records searches, and showing feedback review.
- Update internal tracking spreadsheets and systems as directed.
Qualifications:
- High-energy, responsive communication style with a professional phone presence.
- Proven ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage responsibilities independently.
- Close attention to detail and strong follow-through.
- Comfortable handling frequent interruptions and incoming calls.
- Reliable availability for evening and weekend hours, EST time.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with a stable internet connection.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in real estate, REO, or property management.
- Experience supporting U.S.-based operations.
- Familiarity with task tracking or workflow systems.
- Tools & Systems: Phone and voicemail systems, Email (Outlook or equivalent), RES.NET, and other REO platforms, CompanyCam, Excel, and shared file systems (OneDrive or similar) - Training and written procedures will be provided; prior platform experience is not required.
