Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and highly detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to manage inbound and outbound calls while supporting lead tracking and online reputation management.
This role requires someone who follows process with precision, moves quickly under pressure, and works independently with minimal oversight. The right candidate will ensure accurate call handling, proper lead categorization, and consistent execution of Google Business Profile and review management tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer 100% of inbound calls during assigned shift.
- Execute outbound call campaigns during low-volume periods to support pipeline consistency.
- Categorize all Google LSA calls daily for accurate marketing attribution.
- Respond to and track all Google reviews within 24 hours.
- Maintain and update Google Business Profiles with posts, photos, and job updates.
- Follow established SOPs with a low error ratio.
- Maintain clear internal documentation and reporting.
Success Metrics
- 100% of inbound calls answered during shift
- All Google LSA calls categorized by end of business day.
- All Google reviews responded to within 24 hours.
Qualifications:
- Prior Customer Service experience (Home Services industry preferred).
- Strong phone presence and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and structured execution style.
- Ability to work independently with minimal input.
- Comfortable handling deadlines and time-sensitive tasks.
- Process-driven and consistent in daily performance.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with ServiceTitan.
- Experience managing Google Business Profiles.
- Familiarity with local SEO concepts.
