We are currently seeking an Email Marketing Designer & Klaviyo Specialist for a US-based company. This remote position allows you to contribute creatively while working from anywhere.

In this role, you will blend design expertise with a deep understanding of email marketing strategies to create engaging campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop visually appealing and high-performing email communications using Klaviyo.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement visually appealing email templates and campaigns in Klaviyo that align with the brand's style and voice.
Coordinate the end-to-end email marketing process, from concept and design to execution and analysis.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to continuously improve email marketing strategies.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop effective email content that resonates with the target audience.
Test and optimize emails through A/B testing to maximize engagement and conversion rates.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in email marketing design and strategy, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Expertise in Klaviyo and navigating email marketing best practices.
Strong graphic design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
Solid understanding of email automation, segmentation, and A/B testing methodologies.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
