Client Support & Travel AssistanceAs part of the role, you will:
- Deliver excellent customer service to clients who are planning travel

- Answer client questions and provide helpful travel-related information
- Communicate with travel suppliers to confirm reservations and important travel details
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and travel bookings

- Provide assistance to clients both before and after their travel
