Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Remote Travel Advisor to join our growing team. This position supports both corporate and leisure clients while working in a fully remote environment.
The ideal candidate is experienced, self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable managing both structured corporate travel policies and customized vacation planning. You must be able to work independently while maintaining strong communication and service standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage domestic and international corporate travel arrangements
- Plan and book leisure vacations including cruises, resorts, escorted tours, and custom itineraries
- Process airline, hotel, and car rental reservations
- Coordinate travel logistics while adhering to client budgets and corporate policies
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel
- Offer consultative travel solutions tailored to each client’s needs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support sales growth and revenue objectives
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all bookings

Qualifications
- Prior experience as a travel advisor (corporate, leisure, or both)
- Strong knowledge of air, hotel, car, and cruise booking processes
- GDS proficiency preferred (Sabre, Travelport, or similar)
- Experience with corporate travel policies is a plus
- Familiarity with leisure travel suppliers (cruise lines, resorts, tour operators)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated workspace
