Job Overview
Blue Sky Limo is hiring a Dispatch Agent to run day-to-day reservation operations out of our Avon/Beaver Creek office. You'll book trips, field guest calls, track flights arriving into Denver International and Eagle County airports, and make sure every driver is where they need to be when they need to be there. When a snowstorm grounds half the flights at DIA or a guest changes plans last minute, you're the one keeping everything on track. This is a position suited for someone who's worked in hospitality or customer service and can stay organized under pressure. Vail Valley residents are preferred, though we're open to the right remote candidate.
Responsibilities
- Book, confirm, and manage guest reservations from first contact through completed trip.
- Answer calls and messages from travelers, walk them through their pickup details, and keep them updated when anything changes.
- Watch incoming flight activity at DEN and EGE and rework schedules before delays turn into problems.
- Act as the link between guests and the driving team, making sure everyone has the same information at the same time.
- Keep reservation records clean and current so nothing gets dropped between shifts or during rush periods.
- Stay composed and professional during peak call volume, especially ski season weekends, holidays, and storm days.
Experience/Requirements
- Clear, confident English communication skills on the phone and in writing.
- At least a year working in a role that required juggling customers, schedules, or reservations simultaneously.
- Someone who naturally stays on top of details and doesn't let things slip when the pace picks up.
- Knowledge of the Vail Valley, Eagle County, and Colorado mountain travel patterns is a real plus.
- You'll need your own computer, smartphone, and a quiet place to take guest calls.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Willing to cover early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays when ski season demand is at its highest.
- Background check required.
- We'll train you on our systems and processes. What we can't train is the instinct to take care of people well.
Pay: $23.43 - $28.22 per hour
