Responsibilities
- Conduct 1-on-1 live online English lessons
- Help students improve speaking, fluency, and confidence
- Customize lessons based on student goals (conversation, business English, exam prep)
- Provide feedback and track progress
- Maintain a professional and engaging learning environment
Requirements
- Fluent or near-native English (C1 level or higher)
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable internet connection
- Quiet and professional teaching setup
- Self-motivated and organized
Preferred Qualifications
- Teaching experience (online or in-person)
- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Compensation
Tutors set their own hourly rates. Earnings depend on your pricing, availability, and student bookings.
Work Authorization
This is a 1099 independent contractor role (not W-2 employment).
