Position Overview
We are seeking a bilingual (Japanese/English) Recruiter to manage both client development (sales) and candidate sourcing in a fully remote environment. This role involves building relationships, understanding hiring needs, and delivering recruitment solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop new client accounts through outreach and relationship building
- Understand client hiring needs and create effective recruiting strategies
- Source and engage candidates via job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with clients and candidates
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from business development to placement
- Maintain organized pipelines and ensure consistent follow-ups
- Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
Requirements
- Bilingual in Japanese and English (business level or above)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, self-starter mindset
- Interest in recruiting, sales, or HR
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting, sales, or customer-facing roles
- Experience working in a bilingual or multicultural environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools or ATS systems
- Entry-level candidates are welcome

Location: Fully Remote
Employment Type: Full-time (Non-exempt)
Compensation: $18–$30/hour (DOE)+Quarterly performance reviews (raise opportunities)
