As a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience for restaurant professionals, ensuring that our products not only look great but also solve real-world problems. This role is ideal for designers looking to take their skills to the next level in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
- 3+ years of professional experience in product design, UX/UI, or a related field, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your problem-solving and user-focused design skills.
- A keen interest in creating intuitive, user-friendly designs that tackle complex problems with creativity and precision.
- Strong expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to produce high-quality wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and value the contributions of product managers, engineers, and fellow designers in the design process.
- A deep understanding of the importance of user research and usability testing, along with the ability to iterate based on feedback and data.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects, shifting priorities as necessary to meet business and user needs.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience designing for SaaS platforms or B2B products, especially in the restaurant or hospitality industries, is highly desirable. In-depth understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices to ensure that designs are functional, elegant, and easy to use. Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across product lines. Ability to distill complex user needs and business goals into clean, functional, and aesthetically pleasing design solutions.
