Job SummaryFive Star Bath Solutions of Los Angeles County is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated
Call Confirmer to own our local sales calendar and keep our appointment pipeline running smoothly. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact after a lead comes in reaching out quickly, confirming key details, and making sure every appointment is set up for success.
If you're a strong communicator who thrives on organization, loves working through a fast-moving call queue, and takes pride in keeping things tight and on track, we want to hear from you.
What Youll Do:- Confirm appointments with clients via phone calls
- Manage the calendar and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update client information in our database.
- Learn and master a scripted confirmation process to verify home ownership and surface any specific needs or concerns ahead of the appointment
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and provide feedback for process improvement.
- Proactively reschedule appointments to earlier available time slots to optimize the sales calendar and reduce gaps
What Were Looking For:- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-driven & motivated
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

Work Hours/ Compensation:- This is an fixed weekly rate role with a performance bonus structure. Phone coverage is needed daily between 7:00 AM 7:00 PM.
