Responsibilities
- Connect with clients who have requested information about available benefits
- Explain products and services in a professional and easy-to-understand manner
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Assist clients through the application and enrollment process
- Maintain communication and follow up with clients as needed
- Participate in virtual meetings, coaching, and training sessions
- Maintain accurate and organized client records
