Overview
We run an AP Physics prep program that helps high school students raise their exam scores.
We have steady inbound interest and need someone to turn those leads into booked consultation calls.
What you'll do:
Reach out to 200 warm leads (parents and students who opted in) via DM, SMS, and email.
1. Qualify them with a short set of questions. Student's grade, current AP Physics performance, timeline, and whether the parent is the decision-maker.
2. Book qualified prospects (Parents and Students) into our calendar for a session.
3. Follow up with no-shows and unresponsive leads on a set cadence.
4. Log every conversation in our CRM.
You are not just be responsible for putting the appointments on the calendar, you will own the quality of those appointments.
What we're looking for:
1. Prior appointment-setting experience, ideally in education, tutoring, or another parent-facing offer
Clear, professional written English; you'll be talking to parents about their kid's academic future, so tone matters
2. Comfortable with a script but able to hold a real conversation
3. Organized and consistent with follow-up: most bookings come from touch 3 through 7
4. Available for some overlap with US Pacific hours (evenings work well since that's when parents respond)
Details:
1. 3-4 hours per day, with room to grow
2. Base rate (550/month) plus bonus per show-up appointment and cash collected upfront.
3. Scripts, lead lists, objection-handling docs, and onboarding all provided.
previous setters in this role have averaged approximately 1,500-2,000/month in total compensation.
