Position Overview

We are looking for a Bilingual Spanish/English Call Center Member Agent to join our customer service team. This role will support members by answering questions, providing information regarding eligibility and benefits, and helping resolve service-related concerns.

This is a 100% remote, direct-hire position offering a stable long-term opportunity with company benefits.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from members and provide professional, accurate assistance.
Answer questions related to eligibility, benefits, coverage, and services.
Research member inquiries and resolve issues or escalate them when appropriate.
Document calls, actions, and resolutions accurately in CRM/ticketing systems.
Conduct outbound calls when follow-up is required.
Work with internal teams and management to address member concerns.
Follow company procedures, service standards, and quality expectations.
Maintain productivity and professionalism while working independently from home.

Qualifications

Fluent in Spanish and English — verbal and written.
Minimum 6 months of customer service, call center, or telephone-based experience; more experience preferred.
Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with CRM, help desk, and other computer-based systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Teams, Outlook, and internet browsers.
Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and follow established procedures.
Reliable and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
