We are seeking a passionate and experienced Entertainment Travel Consultant with a deep appreciation for travel, music, and the arts. In this role, you will be responsible for curating and managing travel arrangements for high-profile entertainment clients, including artists, bands, production crews, and industry executives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop tailored travel itineraries for global music tours, considering the unique needs of artists, bands, and production teams.
- Coordinate end-to-end travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and VIP services.
- Navigate and resolve unexpected challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including tour managers, agents, personal assistants, and industry personnel.
- Stay current with tourism and music industry trends through conference attendance and ongoing education.
- Create and maintain detailed electronic records, reports, and touring schedules.
- Manage financial documentation and work towards revenue and profit targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a travel consultant, preferably in the entertainment industry.
- Expertise in travel booking software, particularly GDS system Sabre.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are highly valued.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on VIP clientele.
- Extensive knowledge of domestic and international group travel logistics.
- Strong crisis management and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Personal travel experience and/or background in the music industry.
- Understanding of confidentiality requirements for high-profile clients.
- Experience working with corporate or entertainment clients.
