Job Overview: Elite Asset Protection is looking for a dependable Office Assistant to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. This role is hybridpart onsite to support office logistics, and part remote to handle administrative tasks. You'll be a go-to person for keeping things organized and efficient.
Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling, calendars, and meeting coordination
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail
- Order and stock supplies
- Support HR and finance with basic data entry and document management
- Assist with onboarding tasks for new hires
- Keep digital files organized and up-to-date
- Provide general administrative support to staff
Requirements:
- Previous office or administrative experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) or Microsoft Office
- Self-starter who can manage tasks with minimal supervision
- Reliable internet connection for remote days
- Ability to be onsite some days
