Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload of complex litigation matters from inception to resolution
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials
- Collaborate with partners, clients, and experts to achieve successful outcomes
Requirements:- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the State Bar and in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial litigation
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
