Valley Medical Staffing is a leader in International RN Staffing and Recruitment Services, connecting global nursing talent with U.S. healthcare providers.
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Recruiter to join our team. The International RN Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing international consular nurses and U.S. educated foreign nurses with healthcare providers across the U.S. This position involves working closely with HR, nursing leadership, and internal teams to meet the staffing needs of our clients. The recruiter will ensure compliance with immigration and healthcare staffing regulations while managing the full recruitment cycle for international nursing talent.
Duties
- Source, recruit, and place qualified international consular nurses and U.S. educated foreign nurses.
- Work closely with HR, nursing leadership, and internal recruitment teams to align staffing solutions with client needs.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding process.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. immigration processes and healthcare staffing requirements.
- Manage recruitment pipelines using ATS systems to track progress and meet recruitment goals.
- Represent Valley Medical Staffing at industry events, conferences, and recruitment fairs to attract new talent.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment efforts to leadership and clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required.
- 10+ years of experience in nurse recruitment, particularly within healthcare HR or staffing positions.
- Familiarity with international recruitment processes and U.S. healthcare staffing needs.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage recruitment efforts and candidate pipelines.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams, HR, and nursing leadership to meet recruitment goals.
- Experience in managing multiple recruitment pipelines and achieving recruitment deadlines.
- Knowledge of U.S. immigration processes for healthcare workers is a plus.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
