Job Title: Associate Attorney
Location: West Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid or Remote)
Work Model: Hybrid (2 days per week onsite) or Fully Remote
Base Salary: $120,000 to $160,000 per year plus Bonus

This role offers full flexibility. If you are local to Los Angeles and enjoy collaborating in person, the team operates on a hybrid schedule with two in-office days per week. If you prefer to work remotely, that is welcome as well. As long as you are licensed in California, you can work from anywhere in the state. A current CA Bar license is required for all candidates.
No Prior Trust and Estate Experience? No Problem.
The firm welcomes candidates with a general litigation background who are eager to learn. While prior experience in trust and estate litigation is a plus, it is not required. You'll receive hands-on training, support from senior attorneys, and a structured onboarding process designed to help you ramp up quickly in this specialized area of law.

What You’ll Do
- Work on complex probate, trust, and estate litigation cases
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial prep materials
- Make court appearances and contribute directly to case strategy
- Conduct research and write on key legal issues
- Collaborate with a sharp, supportive legal team
What You Need
- One to three years of litigation experience (any practice area is welcome)
- Strong research and persuasive writing skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- California Bar license in good standing
