What You’ll Do:

Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries
Resolve customer issues with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism
Provide accurate product/service information and help guide customers to the best solutions
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
Maintain customer records and update account information
Strive to exceed performance goals and ensure customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
Proficient in basic computer applications (CRM tools, email, etc.)
High school diploma or equivalent required
