We’re hiring a motivated, upbeat Appointment Setter who thrives in a customer-facing, sales-oriented role.
This is a fast-paced position where you’ll schedule service appointments, connect with new and existing customers, and represent our company with a positive, can-do attitude. You’ll also need to be confident in calming frustrated customers, providing empathetic support, and offering quick resolutions while maintaining professionalism. MUST BE CITIZEN OF UNITED STATE.
After in-house training, this role will be primarily work-from-home.

Responsibilities:
-Return voicemails and respond to inquiries quickly
-Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments
-Update customers via phone, text, or email
-Calmly and professionally assist upset or frustrated customers
-Coordinate reschedules based on technician routes and part availability
-Provide accurate ETAs and follow company policies
-Help optimize technician routes for efficiency
Requirements:
-1+ year of customer service experience (preferred)
-Sales experience is a plus
-Strong communication skills
-Friendly, upbeat personality
-Ability to de-escalate tense situations
-Must have a smartphone and reliable internet
