We are seeking an ambitious, self-motivated High-Ticket Cannabis Consulting Sales Representative to join our team. This is a commission-only opportunity with no cap on earnings, perfect for a hunter who thrives on closing big deals and building long-term relationships.
What You’ll Do:
- Sell high-ticket consulting services ($5,000 – $100,000+) to cannabis operators, investors, and new market entrants
- Identify and qualify leads via networking, cold outreach, LinkedIn, email, phone, and events
- Build strong rapport and educate prospects on our value proposition, differentiators, and service offerings
- Guide clients through the sales process from initial contact to signed agreement
- Maintain a deep understanding of cannabis regulations, licensing processes, and operational pain points
- Collaborate with our consulting team to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction
- Track all sales activity in CRM and regularly report on performance
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record of closing high-ticket sales ($10k+ per deal), preferably in cannabis, consulting, B2B services, or a related field
- Confident, charismatic, and persuasive communicator who knows how to close
- Self-starter who can work independently and stay organized without micromanagement
- Strong understanding of the cannabis industry and the challenges faced by operators
- Professional, consultative sales approach — you solve problems, not push services
- Comfortable with a 100% commission-based pay structure
