We’re looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Strategist to elevate Contra’s online presence and engage with our growing community of freelancers. You will develop and implement marketing strategies that resonate with freelancers, build long-term relationships, and support Contra’s mission to empower freelancers.

What You’ll Achieve

Drive Brand Awareness: Create and execute marketing strategies that boost Contra’s visibility and recognition across digital platforms.
Optimize Campaigns: Analyze and optimize digital marketing campaigns using data-driven insights to maximize performance and engagement across various channels.
Collaborate on Content: Partner with cross-functional teams to craft compelling content and promotional materials tailored to the freelancer community.
Refine Marketing Tactics: Continuously evaluate and adjust marketing strategies based on campaign performance data to achieve better results.
Report and Advise: Provide detailed reports on campaign outcomes and offer actionable insights to improve future marketing efforts.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in digital marketing with a history of successful online campaigns.
Expertise in SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategy.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to optimize marketing efforts.
Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and email platforms.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and work independently.
