Our Insurance client is looking for a Senior IT and Operations Transformation Program Lead to deliver IT Strategy projects across a range of Domains within the organization

Pay rate: $100-$115

Responsibilities:
Lead and participate in cross-functional teams
Define strategic roadmaps using data, critical analysis skills, and relevant industry knowledge
Leverage your technology and operations knowledge to identify opportunities for further efficiency and effectiveness
Drive Organizational Change efforts through activities such as stakeholder analysis, role mapping, organizational design, communications plans and training
Knowledgeable in industry-leading platforms, increasing your capability to not only lead process and automation design, but also deliver value through solution architecture
Lead and/or execute the design, prototype, development, and deployment of automation solutions
Strong communication, facilitation and negotiation skills.
Solve regulatory related problems and managing Program/Projects with Compliance in mind.
Experience Requirements:
Experience in delivering IT Strategy projects across a range of Domains including BCP, Data protection/GDRP, AI/RPA, GRC, Enterprise Architecture, Digital, DevSecOps
Consistent track record of leading small teams that leverage technology to drive the mission-critical priorities
Prior experience in a problem-solving capacity across technical domains
Experience running Transformational Programs and expertise writing business cases to get funding.
Understanding of Enterprise Architecture. Ability to look at tools in the market, do a composition analysis to make recommendations, provide options and complete POC’s.
An ability to inspire and motivate professionals from both technical and non-technical backgrounds towards a common goal
Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and the creative development of solutions and strategies to solve problems.
Expertise in management consulting/professional services.
Expertise in agile and/or lean product development including the value and principles, and how they are applied in enterprise environments.
Experienced in being part of an implementation team and or product transformations, dealing with complexity.
Proven ability to operate in areas of limited experience and quickly learn subject matter
Experience remediating audits within one or multiples areas including, Finance, Risk, Operations, Data Protection, Cyber Security, AI, DevSecOps
Program Management and Architecture background desired
Big 4 Consulting type of background with strong Delivery Focus
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
